MZ FLOW is a universal system, compatible with tanks of any make and model. It automatically regulates the amount of slurry distributed in real time, based on the speed of the vehicle.

During calibration, MZ FLOW performs 4 discharges controlled via known gate openings.
• Based on the measured times, it generates a characteristic formula that can estimate the flow rate with 99% accuracy, even when the slurry is not uniform.
• No flow meter required
• Measurement not affected by foreign bodies
• At low speeds or at start up (speed 0), the valve closes up to 25% (or even more, if set), thus preventing blockage due to slurry disuniformity.
• If the dosage is too high or too low, the system advises the operator to increase or decrease the speed.
• When everything is under control, a clear “OK” message appears on the display informing the operator that everything is running smoothly.

MZ FLOW can be equipped with a slurry analysis sensor, which measures NPK values per m³.
This makes it possible to automatically calculate and adjust the amount of nitrogen per hectare, achieving precise, sustainable, targeted fertilization.
