Heated lever gate valve with one flange and one GAS threaded sleeve. DN sizes available: 3”- 4”- 6″.

Brass gate valve with closing device with angular movement, specifically designed for use in agriculture and industry on tankers and vacuum truck vehicles used for sewage transport and treatment. These can also be used in other fields such as in the presence of dense, granular and/or farinaceous liquids.
The angular movement to close the gate is activated by manual opening levers or by a pneumatic actuator.
The upper part serves to contain the two discs when the valve is opening and provides a point of attachment for pneumatic actuators.

Gate valves are considered pressure vessels and are thus subject to the PED directive (2014/68/CE). The PED directive equates valves to piping. For further details, please log in and download the manual.
Metal-to-metal sealing is ideally suited for handling slurry and other dense fluids, ensuring reliable and robust performance even under the most demanding operating conditions. It is not intended for applications requiring a high degree of sealing when closed.
