Level indicators designed for visual monitoring of fill levels, used in agricultural and industrial applications on tank wagons and vacuum tankers for the transport and treatment of liquid waste.
The level indicators are installed on the tank or vessel by welding the locknut with bracket (cup-type indicators) or the bottom flange (porthole-type indicators) directly onto the tank.
This operation must be carried out by qualified personnel equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, Metaltecnica has implemented several updates to the USA series glass level indicators, specifically items 0412, 0413, and 0414.
The following components have been redesigned:
– Handwheel – thread changed from M12 to 3/8″-16 UNC
– Disc – material changed from plastic to aluminum
– Gasket – diameters and thickness revised
– Locknut with bracket – fully redesigned
These changes apply to the entire USA series.
Spare parts for the previous series will continue to be available; however, please make sure to specify whether you require parts for the old series or the new series when placing your order.
